WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We can ship your order via any of the USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping speed options available for your delivery area. Shipping options based on your zip code and for the items you order will display automatically at checkout.
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping prices are based on your zip code, the shipping carrier and shipping speed you select. These options will display automatically at checkout.
CAN YOU RUSH SHIP MY ORDER?
Yes! Just select the shipping option of your choice at checkout, and we will send your order with the shipping speed of your choice.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
Yay! Thank you for shopping with us! In stock items ship within 1 - 2 business days and take an additional 2 - 5 days for shipping depending on the service you select at checkout. If shipping with UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, to be safe, we suggest allowing at least 5 - 7 business days for shipping to best ensure your order arrives in time for your party.
After your order is placed, keep an eye on your inbox as you will receive notifications and updates on your order!
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive an update to the email address you used at checkout once your item(s) ship. Orders then typically take an additional 2 - 5 days depending on the shipping service you selected at checkout.
If you can't find the email with your tracking information, please contact us at help@alldaysoiree.com and we'd be happy to send it to you.
If the package tracking information reports the package as delayed or lost, please contact UPS or USPS for more information. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for delayed and/or lost parcels. If the package has been lost by the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to refund the customer. Additionally, we are not able to issue refunds when proof of delivery is not provided.
WHOOPS! I PLACED THE WRONG ORDER. CAN I CANCEL IT?
Your order officially begins "processing" immediately after placing the order. Cancellations, order changes, or corrections cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted, but we will do our best to fix whatever you need. Please contact us right away at help@alldaysoiree.com if you wish to cancel or make any changes and we'd be happy to assist you!
