WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
100% satisfaction is guaranteed! Because we love our products so much and think you will too, we are happy to offer a 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items in our shop! Just contact us at email@example.com to process your return within 30 days of the day you placed your order. Someone will get back to you within 48 hours.
*Update* - We know many travel plans are uncertain right now due to COVID-19, so we have extended our return policy to allow for full refunds (excluding shipping cost) on any items returned to us within 90 days of purchase.
Please note, all items must be unopened, unused and undamaged products to receive a refund and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping can not be refunded.

WHOOPS! I PLACED THE WRONG ORDER. CAN I CANCEL IT?
Your order officially begins "processing" immediately after placing the order. Cancellations, order changes, or corrections cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted, but we will do our best to fix whatever you need.
